About Me

I am a qualified and experienced Person-Centred Counsellor working with people on a one-one-basis.

I've worked with people experiencing a variety of issues in their lives including relationship problems, work related stress, anger, childhood trauma, bereavement and loss, parenting worries, and cultural identity. Part of my commitment to clients is to offer a non-judgemental, collaborative and safe space to explore and process what's going on for you.

Working in a Person-Centred way means we work at your pace, focusing on the issues you wish to bring to counselling. I believe that being able to explore your issues in a safe and trusting environment can lead to new perspective and insight. I fully believe in the restorative power of feeling truly heard and understood, which is something that can occur during the counselling process.

When working face to face, I work out of two welcoming spaces in Peckham (near Peckham Rye station). I work face to face on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I can offer online or phone sessions Monday-Thursday

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Registered member MBACP). I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice (2018). I have a BA Hons and Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling from the Metanoia Institute, which is affiliated with Middlesex University.
