About Me
I offer sessions either face to face, via Zoom, or over the phone. Face to face sessions take place in Peckham and my availability is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor working with individuals on a one-on-one basis.
I've worked with people experiencing a variety of issues in their lives including relationship problems, work related stress, childhood trauma, bereavement and loss, parenting worries, and cultural identity. I offer a non-judgemental and safe space where we can explore the issue(s) you're going through.
Working in a Person-Centred way means we work at your pace, focusing on the issues you wish to bring to counselling. I believe that being able to explore your issues in a safe and trusting environment can lead to new perspective and insight. I fully believe in the restorative power of feeling truly heard and understood, which is something that can occur during the counselling process.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Registered member MBACP). I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice (2018). I have a BA Hons and Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling from the Metanoia Institute, which is affiliated with Middlesex University.
