We all have times in our life when things can feel overwhelming. This can be because of certain relationships, issues with work, past experiences having an affect on us in the present, or sometimes we experience feelings we don't even really understand; we feel low and anxious for reasons we can't point to or fully comprehend. It can be at these times that working through these feelings can be useful. Counselling can offer a safe space to do this. I provide a calm and non-judgemental environment to help you explore what you're experiencing at your own pace.
