We all have times in our life when things can feel overwhelming. This can be because of certain relationships, issues with work, past experiences having an affect on us in the present, or sometimes we experience feelings we don't even really understand; we feel anxious and depressed for reasons we can't point to or fully comprehend. And that's aside from the difficult experiences many people have gone through over the past year. Exploring the feelings that arise from these experiences can help. Counselling can offer a safe space to do this. I provide a calm and non-judgemental environment to help you explore what you're experiencing at your own pace.
